According to reports, it takes about eighteen and a half hours to complete The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. I’m sure people will finish it sooner than that, but it still seems like everyone will get a solid amount of play time.

If you’re a Zelda veteran, you’ll be happy to hear that The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds contains a Hero Mode. After you finish the game for the first time, you’ll be able to play through it again with the enemies dealing out four times the regular amount of damage.
